These terms apply when you use our website and when you buy from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to them, please do not use our website.

Using our website

You may use our website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, such as finding out about our products and placing an order. You must not use it for anything unlawful, interfere with how it works or with its security, send viruses or other harmful code to it, use it to send spam, or use another person's details without their permission.

We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of our website at any time without notice.

Product information

We take care to describe and show our products accurately. Even so, our website may sometimes contain errors or information that is out of date, and we may correct it at any time without notice.

Prices

All prices on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Shipping is charged in addition to the product price and is shown at checkout before you pay. Our current shipping rates are set out in our Shipping policy.

We may change our prices at any time without notice. If we find an error in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as we can, and you can either confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel, or if we cannot reach you, we will cancel the order and refund everything you have paid.

Availability

All orders are subject to availability. If a product you have ordered is out of stock, or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know. You can then choose to wait for new stock or cancel your order for a full refund.

Payment

You can pay with any of the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you place your order. Payments are processed by our payment providers over a secure, encrypted connection.

Delivery

Our Shipping policy sets out where we deliver, what delivery costs and how long it takes. It forms part of these terms. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays and other events outside our control.

Refunds

Our Refund policy explains our 60-day money-back guarantee and what we do if an order arrives damaged, incomplete or wrong. It also forms part of these terms.
